the 27th of june the ice was watery, the 28th, the outside of appliance was hot, EVERYTHING in freezer was defrosted! made call said be out on the 5th, while throwing aways all the defrosted food in freezer the fridge went out, at this time i called again they said they would b out on the 2nd. the 29th the fridge started to "drop ice" and seemed to work properly,,was no longer giving a code upside down f along with a c, express thaw was off and looked to b "normal". the technician comes and i show him the picture i took of it all and he tries to find it on his computer, which nothing shows, he then makes a call to his tech support, the first guys has no clue, the second guy says it was due to power serge or something and the fridge should ""reset itself" and NO authorization is given at this time for anything!! he kindly pushes the fridge back in place and says his hands are tied. i call and spoke to customer service, who transferred me to another department which i then spoke to Eric, made sure he had my number in case we got disconnected he did, said he'd call back if disconnected, after 36 min on phone with him he was going to transfer me to "food loss" as he was telling me about this we got disconnected----NO he didn't call back so i had to go over the same thing AGAIN, almost like trying to push buttons to see how irritated one can get, well kudos!!!!!,,,,,I was irritated!!! when called back I spoke to Trian, she said there wasn't anything they can do since no parts were replaced on my fridge, no food loss was eligible BECAUSE nothing was replaced, and then for all who don't know only gives you 250.00 back. hogwash!!! I've had protection agreement on ALL my appliances and this is THE worst!! they tell me to wait and see. the end result in this mess, since the tech came out today, i have to wait 24 hrs for his report to come in and CALL back to schedule another app. you really think i wanna go through this all over again??? NO!!!! what good was this agreement?? had i NOT had this "wonderful agreement" there would b a different fridge
